Travel is included for Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Berawa and Pererenan. Bookings outside those areas include a travel fee, itemised in your quote before you confirm.

We assess island enquiries individually. Send the property link, dates, guest count and meal plan. The proposal confirms kitchen suitability, staffing, ingredient transport, sea connections and any overnight costs before you book. A Bali menu or rate is not an automatic promise of island availability.

Yes. Tell us the destination, group size and occasion. We can advise on the kitchen, dining space and access your plan needs. For a company stay in Bali, our corporate retreat team can also help source a villa and coordinate meals, transport and meeting equipment.

Yes. A daily stay chef, a separate catered celebration, drinks and service staff can be scoped in one proposal. We confirm the team and equipment appropriate to your venue. Island requests need a separate availability and transport check.

Share each address and the dates at each property. We plan meals, staffing and travel around the actual itinerary. For company groups, include the meeting venue and airport arrival details so those movements can be considered together.

Your dates, villa link or map pin, number of adults and children, dietary requirements and the service you want. Include a preferred meal time and budget range if you have one. We confirm the scope and itemised costs before the deposit.

50% deposit confirms the agreed booking, with the balance due the day before the event. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellations fewer than 7 days before forfeit the 50% deposit; any balance already paid is refunded.

Stay-chef groceries are billed at cost with receipts and no markup. One-off catering proposals state the food and service included. Premium ingredients, alcohol, equipment and additional staffing are identified in the written quote when required.
