Our team handles the logistics that would normally fall to you: sourcing fresh ingredients, bringing equipment that villa kitchens may not have, setting up stations, managing dietary requirements, serving drinks and restoring the space afterwards. You are the host, but you are never the event manager.
How It Works

We host private experiences across all major Bali villa regions. Most bookings take place in Seminyak, Canggu, Uluwatu, Ubud, Sanur, Nusa Dua and Jimbaran. If your villa has a suitable kitchen or pool area, we can usually make it work.
For larger equipment such as mobile bars, oyster stations or proposal styling, we confirm logistics during the planning stage. Travel beyond the main villa areas may incur a transport fee, which we disclose upfront in the proposal.

Every quote is itemised with the all-in total before you commit.
Can experiences be combined? Yes — a sushi class that becomes dinner, a champagne & oyster hour before a proposal, a cocktail party with canapé service. We design the flow around your occasion.
What group sizes work? Couples' experiences start from two guests. Classes and cocktail parties scale to 20+; kids parties need a minimum of six children. Larger groups get additional chefs and staff.
Can you handle dietary requirements? Yes — allergies, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal-friendly requirements are built into the menu from the start. Mention them in your first message.
Do you bring everything? Yes — ingredients, tools, equipment, glassware and service staff. You provide the villa; we bring the rest and take it all away again.
How far in advance should I book? Two to four weeks is comfortable for most experiences; proposals and peak-season dates (July–August, December) benefit from earlier planning. Last-minute requests are often possible — ask.
What deposit is required? A deposit confirms your date and team A 50% deposit confirms your date; the balance is due before the event.
