The Chef's Table. Seven courses at the counter, cooked and narrated by Adriano himself — our founder, trained under a Michelin-starred chef in Milan. Friday and Saturday evenings only, six guests maximum, and Adriano only: if he is unavailable, we rebook rather than substitute. IDR 3,500,000++ per guest. Signature tasting menus. Multi-course degustations served in your residence: the Mediterranean menu at IDR 2,200,000++ per guest and the Wagyu Experience at IDR 2,400,000++ per guest, with sommelier-led wine pairing at IDR 850,000 per guest. A complete front of house. Fine dining fails without service to match. We staff engagements with professional waiters, butlers and sommeliers priced on request, and bartenders from IDR 500,000++ per guest — so the rhythm of the evening is choreographed, not improvised.
Full event production at scale. For estates and residences entertaining at size, the same standard scales: multi-course wedding and celebration dinners for 30–300 guests, with a dedicated brigade, cocktail-hour service and complete F&B production.

How is confidentiality handled? Enquiries are handled personally by our senior team, proposals are private documents, and our staff are trained for diplomatic and high-profile households. Specific confidentiality arrangements can be built into your engagement terms.
How far in advance should we enquire? The Chef's Table books Friday and Saturday only, six seats — enquire early. Residences and estates are best served with one to two weeks' notice; we respond on WhatsApp within 2 hours.
