For weddings elsewhere in Indonesia, we assess each brief individually: travel logistics for the brigade, equipment transport, local sourcing and venue access all shape what is realistic. Share your venue and guest count and we will respond with an honest capability answer — not a promise we can't keep. Full-brigade delivery outside Bali is assessed on request.

Indonesian weddings often run large guest counts and multi-event programmes — akad, reception, family lunches. We quote each event as a separate line in one proposal, so scale is always visible.
Destination Wedding Logistics Across Indonesia
Travel and staffing. In Bali our own team is local. For other regions, staffing is scoped per event — chef brigade travel, accommodation and equipment transport are itemised in the proposal. Travel fees are itemised in the proposal based on location.
Sourcing. Our chefs design menus around what can be sourced excellently in each region — premium imported ingredients travel with the plan; fresh produce and seafood are sourced locally wherever quality allows.
Venue realities. Private estates anywhere in Indonesia share the same challenges we solve in Bali villas every week: limited kitchens, power constraints and access. Our mobile kitchen model was built for exactly this.

Is pricing different outside Bali? For weddings outside Bali, travel and logistics are added as transparent line items.
Can you cater large Indonesian weddings? Yes — we cater from 10 guests to 250+, with buffet and live-station formats that scale for large family celebrations, and multi-event programmes (akad, reception, family events) quoted in one proposal.
Do you offer halal wedding catering? Yes — halal-friendly menus with separate preparation are standard across our Indonesian weddings. Full halal certification requirements can be discussed at the consult.
How do tastings work if we're planning from another city or country? Tastings are scheduled around your travel — typically in the weeks before the wedding when you're on the ground. Menu development happens remotely by WhatsApp and video call in the months prior.
How far ahead should we book? Peak-season Bali dates (July–September, December–January): 3–10 months. Off-peak Bali dates: 1–3 months is usually comfortable. Large multi-event weddings should start the conversation earlier.
What deposit is required? A 50% deposit confirms your date, with the balance due before the event and written cancellation tiers in every proposal.
