For our standard published prices, ++ means 10% service charge and 11% government tax are added to the listed subtotal.
The standard calculation is the listed amount × 1.21. A nett price already includes the stated charges. Our calculator shows the subtotal before tax and service; your written proposal confirms the final amount and any separately quoted items.
Caviar has its own stated calculation: 10% service is added first, then 11% tax on the serviced subtotal (×1.221). Its dedicated calculator explains the breakdown. Do not apply the standard multiplier to that package.
An all-in stay-chef service fee still excludes groceries. Where a rate is not explicitly marked ++ or nett, ask us to confirm its tax treatment in the quotation.

Balance before the event
The remaining balance is due the day before the event. Payment details are provided with your quotation.
If plans change
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellations fewer than 7 days before forfeit the 50% deposit; any balance already paid is refunded.

Yes. Choose a per-person signature menu or a per-couple package. The couple package is IDR 2,800,000 for kitchen-service or IDR 3,500,000 for full-service. Mediterranean and Wagyu signature full-service menus are IDR 2,200,000++ and IDR 2,400,000++ per person. Your quote states the model and final total.
Serviced menu packages include food and the stated service team. Drop-off catering includes food delivery but no on-site chef, waiters, setup or cleanup. Stay-chef service is different: groceries are separate at cost. Your quote lists the exact inclusions.
