Villa BBQ Packages & Prices
Every villa BBQ night is priced per guest and built around your pool, your playlist and your pace. Tell us your guest count and we quote a fixed per-pax figure — chef, grill, ingredients, setup and cleanup included, all prices ++ (11% government tax + 10% service charge). Party formats start from IDR 700,000++ per person as a service package; our named signature grill menus run from IDR 950,000++ per guest. Poolside BBQ (6–15 guests)
A relaxed grill night: one chef, a charcoal grill station at the pool edge, sharing platters and a dessert to finish. Our most-booked format for family villas and small groups. Catering-style packages from IDR 700,000++ per person.
The Big Grill Night (16–40 guests)
Two grill stations running in parallel — seafood on one, meats on the other — plus sides, salads and sauces laid out as a help-yourself spread. Signature grill menus from IDR 950,000++ per guest; final per-pax figure confirmed against your menu.
Full Villa Takeover (41–80 guests)
A full brigade: grill chefs, service staff, a bar station and a coordinator who runs the timeline so you don't. Ideal for birthdays, bucks and hens nights, and wedding-recovery lunches — quoted as one fixed proposal, no line item hidden. What's on the Grill
Every menu is built to order, and mixed menus let seafood-lovers and meat-lovers eat at the same party. The grill divides into zones so nothing crosses over.
- Seafood: Jimbaran-market snapper, tiger prawns and squid — with lobster on request — bought the same morning. Seafood-led parties have their own page: seafood BBQ catering in Bali.
- Meats & ribs: slow-cooked ribs, marinated chicken and Wagyu upgrades, cooked live over charcoal.
- Indonesian satay & sambal: chicken and beef satay grilled over coconut husk, served with peanut sauce and sambal matah.
- Vegetarian grill: corn, halloumi skewers, grilled mushrooms and sambal-glazed tempeh — cooked on a separate zone of the grill.
Menus adapt to vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal requirements, and younger guests are covered: kids' portions run from IDR 250,000 per child alongside any grill night.
What's Included in Every BBQ Night
Your chef arrives with a portable charcoal or gas grill, smoker boxes and wood chips, professional tools and thermometers — your villa needs no equipment at all. We shop that morning, marinate on site, cook live in front of your guests, and leave the kitchen and pool deck cleaner than we found them.
- Chef & grill station: a dedicated grill chef (more for larger parties), plus a full portable grill set-up brought to your pool edge.
- Setup & styling: station laid out, platters and sides arranged, service timed around your evening.
- Full cleanup: grill, kitchen and pool deck reset and waste removed — the villa handed back as we found it.
Add a Bar or Service Staff
A BBQ night runs better when nobody's stuck making drinks. Two of the most-booked add-ons:
- Mobile cocktail bar — complete packages from IDR 500,000++ per guest (minimum 10 guests): team, cocktails, glassware, ice, setup and cleanup. This is a full bar package, not hourly bartender hire. See mobile cocktail bar packages.
- Waiters & floor staff — extra service hands scaled to your guest count so platters keep moving and tables stay clear; priced per your headcount in the quote.
- DJ & entertainment coordination — we coordinate music and suppliers on the same timeline when you want the party to keep its energy.
How Booking Works
Booking a villa BBQ party is one WhatsApp conversation:
- Send the details. Message us your date, villa area, guest count and any dietary needs.
- Get a fixed quote. We reply with an itemised per-pax proposal, usually within the hour — chef, grill, ingredients, setup and cleanup all in.
- Lock the date. A 50% deposit confirms your booking and reserves the chef and team; the balance is settled around the event.
Peak-season and larger parties book out faster, so message early — but last-minute grill nights are often possible, especially in Seminyak and Canggu.
Villa BBQ Party FAQ
What happens if it rains? Every outdoor BBQ has a covered fallback. The grill and station move under shelter and service continues — the party happens regardless of the weather.
Does our villa need any BBQ equipment? No. The chef brings the grill, smoker boxes, tools and thermometers. Your villa needs nothing but the space by the pool.
Can you cater dietary requirements and kids? Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and halal options are standard, mixed menus cover meat and seafood eaters at once, and kids' portions run from IDR 250,000 per child.
How far ahead should we book a villa BBQ party? 3–7 days is comfortable for Seminyak and Canggu; allow 1–2 weeks farther out or for larger groups. Last-minute nights are often possible — just ask.
Which areas do you serve? All the main villa areas — Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran and Sanur. Out-of-area travel, if any, is itemised in your quote.
