myCHEF owns the kitchens and service staff: chefs, assistants, waiters, butlers, bartenders, barista/coffee service, catering equipment basics, provisioning, QA and the coordinator. Vehicles and drivers, AV/seminar hardware, furniture/styling beyond our catering kit, and activity operators (rafting, ATV, beach clubs, facilitators) come from vetted partners, contracted and billed on myCHEF’s invoice. We do not claim to own a vehicle fleet, an AV warehouse, or activity licences.

The written proposal itemises catering, group-transport coordination, equipment kits and activities you actually select. Named programmes above are shapes — not published IDR totals. Explicit exclusions: flights, visas, accommodation unless via villa partners, alcohol beyond the package, and personal insurance.
Package totals depend on headcount, area, meal map, transport waves and kits. Request a written itemised proposal. Food floors for catering-only formats are on corporate catering.
We plan around anchored shapes: 15–30 for an executive retreat, 30–50+ for a company offsite, and custom above that. Staffing, villa count and shuttle count change with the band — that is why totals are quoted, not listed.
Per-person tracking across multi-day programmes (vegan, gluten-free, halal-sensitive, allergies), labelled dishes, not a single shared “salad for the vegans”. Detail on corporate catering.

Covered indoor pivots and wet-weather activity plan B are scoped on the proposal when the programme is outdoors. We do not leave rain as an improvised day-of decision.
Villa-manager coordination is standard. Banjar or function-permit filing is added as a coordination line when the property requires it — not assumed.
Share manager contacts early for access, loading, quiet hours and kitchen rules. Villa-stay staffing sits on in-villa service, not a separate villa-team URL.
Itemised invoice. A 50% deposit confirms the booking; the remaining balance is due the day before the event. Alternative corporate schedules are only those confirmed on the written proposal — we do not publish a separate staged B2B ladder here.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellations fewer than 7 days before forfeit the 50% deposit; any balance already paid is refunded. Cancellation policy → B2B terms for a specific offsite are confirmed on the written proposal.

On-site headcount is what we cook for. Hybrid notes (packed lunches for excursion days, delayed arrivals) are scoped when you brief them.
We are a culinary team with a coordination layer for transport, kits and activities. Food is owned. Fleet, AV inventory and activity licences are partner-delivered. We do not claim to own vehicles, a seminar warehouse, or adventure-operator licences.
