Planning Timeline

Initial consultation & venue check
Discuss vision, guest count, date, and venue. Chef visits villa for kitchen assessment.
2-3 months
Proposal & menu planning
Detailed quote, team size, menu options, timeline, and service setup.
6 weeks before
Deposit & team lock
50% deposit secures the date and chef team. Final guest count confirmed.
2-3 weeks
Menu final approval
All dishes locked. Wines or specialty items ordered. Service timeline finalized.
1 week before
Final walk-through
Kitchen setup, serving area, table layout, timing, and any last-minute changes.
Wedding day
Full service execution
Chef team arrives 4-5 hours early. Setup, cooking, service, and cleanup.
