Share a floor plan or wide venue photographs so the performance area can be considered alongside dining tables, guest routes and service access. Weather cover should protect the complete working area, including equipment and connections, rather than only the musicians’ seats.
Your schedule should allow arrival, unloading and soundcheck before the room fills.
