Catering Bali is one sitting: a villa lunch, a dinner, or a party. The quote includes the food. A stay with three meals across the day is full-day villa chef hire, from IDR 2,700,000++ a day, groceries extra at cost with receipts.
A villa gathering usually wants a live grill or a shared table. A wedding, retreat or company dinner needs a service plan, staffing and a written total before you pay a deposit. Both start here. Open the format that matches the night, then send the date, villa area and guest count.
- myCHEF culinary teams follow HACCP-trained food-safety standards — temperature control, allergen handling and clean kitchen practice in every villa.
- Serviced menus include the chef, service team, agreed ingredients, setup and cleanup. Drop-off is food only.
- A 50% deposit confirms the date. The balance is due the day before the event.
- Travel is included for Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Berawa and Pererenan. Bookings outside those areas include a travel fee, itemised in your quote before you confirm.

What is included in a myCHEF catering quote
Unless stated otherwise, packages include the chef, service staff, ingredients for the menu, equipment (grill, chafing, cutlery, glassware as needed), setup, service, and full cleanup. Add-ons such as bartenders, Wagyu upgrades, gluten-free adaptation, or plated service are priced clearly. Out-of-area travel is quoted before you commit — never as a surprise on the day.
How far ahead to book
For peak season (July–August, Christmas–New Year) and wedding weekends, book as early as your villa dates are fixed. Mid-week villa BBQs in Canggu or Seminyak can often be confirmed with a few days’ notice. Large buffets, multi-station events, and Ubud or Uluwatu venues need more lead time for staffing and logistics. Message us with date and guest count — we will tell you honestly if the date is free.
