We offer three-course, four-course, and five-course plated dinners. Each can be customized with amuse-bouche, palate cleansers, and petits fours.

There is no strict minimum guest count, but there is a minimum spend of IDR 5,000,000 per event. This covers chef travel, prep time, equipment, and base staffing.

Yes. We create vegetarian and vegan tasting menus using seasonal Balinese produce. Plant-based multi-course dinners are a specialty.

Yes. Every plated dinner includes full tableware: porcelain plates, premium cutlery, glassware, linens, and chargers. You do not need to provide anything.

A typical plated dinner runs 2.5 to 3.5 hours from the amuse-bouche to coffee and petits fours. Timing is adjusted to your preference.
