Your quote identifies the musicians, attendance window, playing schedule and setup. A private production is scoped individually, with the artists confirming the appropriate content, group size and requirements; public attraction tickets are a different service.

Rindik and gamelan requests bring different musical textures and practical requirements. The proposed musicians can explain the ensemble, instruments and playing schedule that suit your gathering. A smaller welcome arrangement may fit a garden pavilion, while a larger ensemble needs more working space and delivery access. Consider whether guests will be passing through, standing nearby or seated for a performance. That helps establish a position where the music can be appreciated without obstructing arrivals or service.
Dance and music should be planned together, including whether accompaniment is live or recorded. Allow time for the artists to prepare and agree a suitable waiting or changing space with the venue. The event coordinator should know when the troupe is ready and who gives the cue. If other music follows, plan the transition respectfully rather than overlapping two performances.
