Three days of meals, run like a kitchen brigade
A corporate retreat lives or dies on its schedule. Sessions start on time only if breakfast was ready before arrivals; afternoon workshops only work if lunch did not sedate the room. We plan around your agenda — not the other way around — with a dedicated chef team that stays with your group for the full programme.
Every retreat gets a named event manager, a dietary intake process completed before arrival, daily fresh shopping, and a kitchen reset after every service. Menus are designed for working days: protein-forward breakfasts, lunches that are satisfying but not sedating, coffee breaks timed to energy dips, and dinners that reward the day without overwhelming it. Need a single-day event instead? See single-day corporate catering. Need full production with AV and staging? That is corporate event production. Running a yoga or wellness programme? Corporate retreat catering packages
Every corporate retreat programme is quoted individually based on group size, agenda, venue logistics and length of stay.
Catering-Only Full Board
Three meals, two coffee breaks, snacks and an all-day hydration station, cooked on-site by your dedicated retreat chef for groups of 15–100. Menu planning, daily fresh sourcing, service staff and full cleanup included. The right choice when your venue and programme are set and you need the food handled properly.
Full Retreat Support
Everything above, plus a retreat coordinator, team-building activity support and AV assistance for groups of 10–50. The right choice when you want one accountable team running the retreat's hospitality end to end.
Normal groceries are included. Premium upgrades — a seafood night, imported beef, an elevated closing gala dinner — are quoted separately, always in advance.

Sample three-day retreat meal structure
- Day 1 — Arrival: welcome lunch, afternoon coffee break, ice-breaker BBQ dinner
- Day 2 — Full working day: energising breakfast, morning break, light working lunch, afternoon snack, long-table Indonesian feast dinner
- Day 3 — Closing: farewell breakfast, closing-session coffee break, departure lunch boxes for the transfer
Menus rotate completely across the programme — no repeated meals unless you request a favourite. Many organisers add one elevated dinner during the retreat: a plated, restaurant-grade evening from our fine dining team that becomes the trip's highlight.
Dietary management at scale
Corporate groups always mix dietary profiles, and on a multi-day retreat the complexity compounds. Our pre-retreat intake form captures every allergy, religious requirement and preference per guest; the kitchen is briefed against the actual attendee list; dishes are labelled with dietary markers; and separate preparation is maintained for allergy-critical attendees. Halal-sensitive, vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and allergy-managed guests eat from the main menu — never from a singled-out "special plate".
Multi-villa and venue logistics
Retreat groups rarely fit neatly into one property. We cater across villa compounds and neighbouring villas, coordinate with venue and villa management on access and house rules, and adapt service to kitchens of every size — assessed before arrival, with missing equipment brought in. Service is available across Bali.
Case study: 34-person leadership offsite, Uluwatu
A Singapore-based SaaS scale-up booked a clifftop villa for a three-day leadership offsite and needed every meal on-site so the team never broke focus. The dietary matrix included two vegans, one coeliac and one shellfish allergy.
We assigned a dedicated chef plus two service staff for all three days: working breakfasts, light strategy-session lunches, and a different dinner concept each night — nine services in total, with zero dietary incidents. The client kept the entire agenda on the property and rebooked us for their next two regional offsites. Read more in our corporate case studies.
Corporate retreat catering FAQ
What does corporate retreat catering in Bali cost per day? Every corporate retreat programme is quoted individually based on group size, agenda, venue logistics and length of stay. Contact us for a fixed, itemised proposal.
Can you invoice our company with proper tax documentation? Yes. We are NPWP-registered and issue full tax invoices (faktur pajak on request) with itemised per-head breakdowns — built for corporate expensing and procurement review.
How do you handle dietary requirements across 20–100 people for several days? Through a pre-retreat dietary intake form, a kitchen briefing against the real attendee list, labelled dishes and separate prep for allergy-critical guests. Halal, vegan, gluten-free and medical diets are all integrated into the main service.
Can you cater across multiple villas or a retreat venue? Yes. We regularly serve groups split across villa compounds and neighbouring properties, and coordinate directly with venue and villa management on access, loading and house rules.
What is the alcohol policy for corporate retreats? Your company sets the policy — we serve to it. Options range from fully dry programmes to beer-and-wine dinners or a single cocktail reception, with bartenders available as an add-on.
Can we include one special elevated dinner inside the retreat? Yes, and we recommend it. A plated fine-dining evening mid-retreat is the most common upgrade — quoted separately as a per-person add-on.
How far in advance should we book? Two to four weeks works for most retreats; one to three months for peak season or groups above 50. Lead time lets us reserve the same chef team for your full programme.
What deposit is required? A 50% deposit confirms your date and team; the balance is due before the event begins.
