Kitchen and dining photographs help us distinguish a workable plated dinner from a menu that would need extra equipment. Mention any existing villa chef or house staff so responsibilities can be agreed with management.

For a celebration, decide which parts need coordination beyond the meal. Music, external guests, decorations and a mobile bar may affect property permissions or the setup period. We can discuss those requirements, but a catering booking does not automatically give permission to hold a larger event.

Collect dietary information before approving the menu, including allergies separately from preferences. If a guest needs strict ingredient avoidance, tell us early enough to assess the preparation conditions. We will discuss workable alternatives instead of assuming that every shared villa kitchen can support every request.

The details, handled

Arrive knowing the plan

Seminyak is on our published free-travel list. Any separate rental, premium menu choice or additional staff requirement is still identified in the proposal.

Agree a covered dining alternative for an outdoor table, with enough room for guests and serving staff. Moving chairs inside at the last moment may not preserve the planned layout.

A 50% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due the day before the event; review the written inclusions and cancellation terms before confirming.

Clear costs before you confirm

Travel is included for Seminyak. Your quote still sets out the menu, staff and any extra equipment required for your booking.

For stay-chef bookings, groceries are billed at cost, no markup, with receipts. One-off catering quotes state the food and service included. Extras are agreed in advance.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellations fewer than 7 days before forfeit the 50% deposit; any balance already paid is refunded.
