Licensed vehicles and drivers come from vetted transport partners. myCHEF coordinates scheduling, routing, meet-and-greet and billing on the same offsite invoice.
Mixed flight waves, name-board greetings, flight tracking and villa check-in timing. Share passenger lists and flight numbers.
Partners supply licensed vehicles (including KIR / yellow-plate commercial use where required) and insurance. We do not operate an owned fleet.
Quotes state what is included. Fuel, tolls and parking are either bundled or itemised — never a surprise after the run without agreement.
Same-driver multi-day continuity is requested from partners whenever the programme allows. It is confirmed on the written plan, not assumed.

Hours beyond the quoted window are a partner overtime line. They appear on the written plan rather than as a surprise invoice.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event receive a full refund of amounts paid. Cancellations fewer than 7 days before forfeit the 50% deposit; any balance already paid is refunded. Cancellation policy → Offsite-specific terms are confirmed on the written proposal.
