That leaves two natural options for the final chef service: a proper dinner on the last night, or a breakfast before bags go in the car. A late flight may leave room for a final lunch if your villa allows a late checkout. The right choice depends on how much time you want at the table versus packing.
The team needs time to cook, serve and clean before you hand back the keys. A rushed breakfast twenty minutes before a driver arrives is rarely worth it. A relaxed farewell dinner, followed by a simple breakfast the next morning, is often the simpler pattern.

Groceries are billed separately at cost, with every receipt handed over. We shop to the menu rather than bulk-buying: daily for fish and greens, every second day where it makes sense. That rhythm makes the last day easy to plan.

A farewell dinner for more guests
The standard team is one professional chef plus a dedicated assistant, sized for about 10 guests. If friends who stayed elsewhere join for the last night, the guest count may outgrow a stay-chef dinner. One lunch, dinner or party with food included is catering, quoted on its own and run by a team sized for the event.
