The monthly rate
The full-day chef team is priced per day, and the rate drops with the length of the stay. The discounts apply to the service fee, not to groceries. Prices shown ++ have 11% government tax and 10% service added on top.

What a month with a villa chef looks like
Every day the chef and assistant plan, shop, cook, plate, serve and clean the kitchen after every meal. You decide which three meals they cover. Many long-stay guests settle into a rhythm: a light breakfast spread, a shared lunch on the days most people are home, and dinner as the fixed meal of the day.
The team arrives, cooks, serves, cleans and leaves. It is not a live-in arrangement, so the villa stays yours in the evenings once the kitchen is done.
Keeping a month of meals interesting
On any stay of 7 days or longer, Chef Rotation is included at no extra day-rate charge. You can ask for a different specialist chef for any day, such as Japanese, Balinese, Mediterranean or plant-based, decided day by day as you go. Groceries on a long stay
Groceries are billed separately at cost, with every receipt handed over and no markup. For longer stays we plan a weekly food budget up front, so the food spend stays predictable across the month. Days off and changing plans
Long stays rarely run on one schedule. If you want nights out at restaurants, days away from the villa or fewer meals on weekends, tell us the meal pattern when you ask for the proposal, and we price that pattern in writing before you confirm. Changes later in the stay are agreed with your coordinator, and any change in cost is confirmed in writing first.
Kids, diets and visitors
A month gives the chef time to learn what your household likes. Share allergies and diets before the first menu, and list children with their ages. Families can lean on our kids menus. If friends visit for one big night, a separate catering booking such as a villa BBQ is usually the better fit, and the same WhatsApp thread keeps both on one plan.
Who the team is
myCHEF has more than 50 head chefs and chefs across many cuisines. Each chef works with one or two assistants of their own, and our named head chefs act as the management team who oversee the chefs and the standard. That depth is what makes rotation possible on a long stay.
How to book a month-long stay
- Send your villa area, dates and the number of adults and children.
- Tell us the meals you want each day and any days off.
- Share diets, allergies and the cuisines you like.
- Review the written proposal and the starting food estimate.
- Pay the 50% deposit to confirm the dates.
We inspect the villa and kitchen first so the kitchen meets our standard. Normal notice is 3 days and 2 days is fine, but for a full month it is worth booking as soon as the villa is confirmed, and two to four weeks ahead for July, August and the Christmas and New Year period.

How far ahead should we book a month-long stay?
Normal notice is 3 days and 2 days is fine, but for a month it pays to book as soon as your villa dates are fixed. For July, August and the Christmas and New Year period, allow two to four weeks.
