A full-day chef booking covers a chef and a dedicated assistant for daily villa meals for about 10 guests. A party night is different: more people, a different menu, and often a bar. When you need production scale for one night, such as a BBQ, a buffet, a cocktail bar or a cooking class, we plan it with the same team and the same thread. Extra staff is quoted in writing before you commit.
Many guests book the stay first and add the party once they know the date. Others plan the whole stay around one celebration. Both work.

Adding a cocktail bar
Cocktail service is sold as a complete package. Every package includes four selected cocktails, the bartender team, glassware, mixers, ice, equipment, setup and standard cleanup, with a 10-guest minimum.
- BYO Cocktail Service: IDR 500,000++ per guest for 6 hours, or IDR 460,000++ per guest for 15 guests or more. You supply the spirits.
- Cocktail Free Flow: IDR 900,000++ per guest for 4 hours, with standard spirits included.

Timing the day around the party
On a party day the stay chef can keep breakfast and lunch light, so the kitchen and the group are ready for the evening. Tell us which of your three daily meals you want on that day, and we plan the event team to arrive with time to set up. A party with invited guests usually needs more set-up space than a daily dinner, so share where the food and bar should go.
Kids and mixed groups
Family parties are common in villas. Children under 10 pay 50% of the adult per-guest price on per-guest menus, BBQ and catering. For mixed diets, a buffet or BBQ lets guests choose, and dishes can be labelled. If some guests do not eat pork, skip babi guling and pick another format.
Staff for the night
For larger tables, formal plated service or party nights, we add service staff before you commit. You can also add a butler or host for the evening through our in-villa service. The aim is that your own group never ends up clearing plates at its own party.
