We publish our pricing because agencies that hide fees waste your time. Monthly rates below are the staff member's salary range for myCHEF-placed candidates; our placement fee is one month's salary, covering sourcing, vetting, trials, contract preparation and six months of ongoing support.

Contracts, Payroll & Compliance

Indonesian employment paperwork is where most private hires go wrong. Every myCHEF placement includes a standard Indonesian employment contract, payroll guidance and advice on employment compliance — all covered by the placement fee.

If you hire staff directly, remember the on-costs beyond base salary: BPJS (social security), THR (the mandatory religious-holiday allowance), uniforms, transport and replacement cover during leave. These add a meaningful percentage on top of any advertised salary, and they are the employer's legal obligation — not the employee's.
