Most private chef placements are confirmed within 48 hours of receiving a brief. For live-in arrangements or management roles, allow 3–5 days for profiling and a trial session. Urgent requests: message Marco directly on WhatsApp.
Every placement includes a 30-day trial period. If the match is not working — for any reason — we replace at no charge. We maintain a bench of vetted backup candidates for every active placement.
Yes. We provide standard Indonesian staffing contracts and payroll guidance. For long-term or full-team placements, we can advise on employment compliance and household structure. All included in the placement fee.
Private chef placement starts from IDR 5,500,000/month (part-time) and IDR 9,500,000/month (full-time). Our placement fee is one month's salary, which covers sourcing, vetting, trials, contract, and six months of ongoing support. Villa & household staff pricing is quoted per role.
