How does a booking work from your side?

- The guest confirms with a 50% deposit. The balance is due the day before service.

- We deliver the service and clean up. Your staff are not needed in the kitchen.

What do we need to know about your villas?
Each villa is different, and a short brief saves time on every booking. The details that matter most:
- The kitchen. Hob, oven, fridge space and how much prep space there is.
- Dining spaces. How many guests can sit at the table, and where a buffet or grill can stand.
- Access. Parking, deliveries, gate codes and quiet hours.
- House rules. Guest limits for events, music curfews, open-fire rules.
- Your contact on the day. One name and number for the team arriving.

From 7 days the day rate drops 10%, and from 28 days it drops 20%.

If you handle bookings across many villas, the brief is the same, only shorter. Send the villa name, dates, guest count and what the guest asked for, and we take it from there with the guest directly.
