How the Evening Is Staged

We arrive three hours before you sit down. When you walk out of your room, the work is already done: white linens dressed, candles lit, flowers placed, wine breathing. Your chef is quietly at work in the kitchen. You do nothing except arrive to it.

Planning a surprise? Tell us when the villa is empty. We coordinate access with your villa staff, stage everything, and are invisible in the kitchen before your partner walks out.

The Menu for Two

Mediterranean Sea. Our most romantic menu: light, beautifully plated, built around the sea. The pasta is rolled in your kitchen that afternoon.

• Welcome bite — the chef's arrival greeting, a single perfect bite
• Passione di Dentice — red snapper carpaccio, passion fruit sauce, basil gelato
• Burrata — house burrata, prawn mousse, giardiniera, cold-pressed olive oil

Prefer beef? The Wagyu Experience runs the same evening with open-flame Wagyu Tokusen. We recommend Mediterranean for most couples — lighter, more delicate — and Wagyu if your partner loves a dramatic main. Sommelier wine pairing: on request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is two guests really the minimum? Romantic dinners are designed for two. For intimate groups of 4–12, we run the same menus as a private villa experience.

Can you arrange a surprise setup? Absolutely. We coordinate with your villa, stage the table while it is empty, and everything is ready before your partner walks out.

Can I propose during the dinner? Share your plan and we coordinate timing, the champagne moment, and the photographer's second.

How far in advance should I book? Normal notice is 3 days; 2 days is fine, and we do not take same-day bookings. Peak season (July–August, December–January) or a specific chef request: two weeks or more. Next-day is sometimes possible if you message us first.

What's included in the price? Chef and kitchen team, all premium ingredients, table linens, candles and glassware, full service, and complete kitchen cleanup. Flowers, a Balinese sparkling toast (IDR 650,000), a celebration cake (IDR 450,000) and a one-hour photographer (IDR 2,000,000) are optional extras, itemised in your quote.

Can you accommodate allergies? Every course adapts — gluten-free, shellfish allergy, pregnancy-safe, vegan, halal — at no extra charge.

What if it rains? We stage indoors or under cover — the menu, pacing and service are unaffected. Terrace settings are always planned with a fallback position.
