An event delivery plan gives every supplier the same instructions. These planning examples explain supplier responsibilities, timing and handovers for common corporate formats.

Set one approved event brief
Record the event purpose, venue, attendance, budget, agenda and approval contact. Separate food-only catering from full event production and multi-day company stays. Keep the latest version available to the organiser, villa manager and service lead. Changes should be agreed with the person responsible for the whole event.
Assign responsibility before arrival
Confirm who handles supplier access, parking, power, equipment, table setup, dietary communication and cleanup. Include the venue's permissions and restrictions. A role assigned to everyone is easily missed; write down the actual owner of each task and the contact for problems on the day.
Build timing around the programme
Create arrival, setup, service and departure windows. Show speeches, presentations and activities that food service must work around. Agree a way to communicate agenda delays and a usable wet-weather arrangement. For the catering component, read menu and service planning examples.
Choose the right next step
A single company celebration belongs with corporate event services. Daily food programmes belong with corporate retreat catering, and complete stays with company offsite coordination. Record the approved scope and feedback after delivery before publishing any future case study.
