What Every Package Includes

Seven services, scoped to your villa, your group and your occasion, delivered by one integrated team:

1. Event chef & kitchen team — menu designed for the occasion, cooked fresh on site; groceries at cost with receipts.
2. Bar service — staffed open bar, with cocktail and premium upgrades available.
3. Service staff — waiters and floor staff scaled to your guest count (additional staff priced on request), with cocktail packages from IDR 500,000++ per guest.
4. Event coordination — a day-of coordinator running the timeline: arrivals, speeches, cake, music.
5. Decor & entertainment coordination — styling, DJs, bands and photographers booked and managed on one timeline.
6. Setup & full cleanup — staged breakdown, kitchen reset, waste removal.
7. Villa handback — direct coordination with your property manager so the villa (and your security deposit) is returned intact.

All prices "++" — 11% government tax + 10% service charge. Your proposal shows the all-in total before you commit.

A Sample Celebration Weekend, Costed

What a 24-guest birthday weekend looks like as one package (illustrative, per-person prices "++"):

• Saturday — the main event: birthday villa party package, 24 guests × IDR 850K = IDR 20.4M++

We regularly host high-profile guests and work under an absolute discretion guarantee — silent professionals, no social posts, no name-dropping. Before any package is confirmed we check the practical frame with your villa manager: event permission, noise expectations and curfew, banjar (community) notification where customary, access and parking. Every outdoor event gets a covered fallback plan. After the last toast, we manage the full breakdown and hand the villa back to its original condition — protecting your security deposit.

What exactly is bundled in a villa event package? Chef and kitchen team, menu and groceries (at cost), bar service, service staff, a day-of coordinator, decor and entertainment coordination, setup, full cleanup and villa handback. Transfers and extra staff are optional add-ons.

How much does a villa event package cost? Per-person anchors: from IDR 650K++ (cocktail reception, 20–80 guests), IDR 850K++ (sundowner or birthday party, 15–50), IDR 1.5M++ (intimate dinner, 4–12). "++" adds 11% government tax + 10% service charge. Multi-service weekends are quoted as one fixed total.

Is a package cheaper than booking everything separately? It's almost always cleaner and usually better value: one setup crew, one coordinator and no duplicated logistics. We quote the bundle as a single itemised total so you can compare it line by line.

What's the minimum group size? Package minimums follow the formats: 4 guests for intimate dinners, 10 for showers, 15 for parties, 20 for cocktail receptions. Tell us your numbers and we'll recommend the right build.

Do we need the villa's permission? What about noise and banjar rules? Yes — event approval is confirmed with your villa manager before we lock anything, and we plan sound, timing and guest flow around the property's rules, including banjar notification where the community expects it.

Can you coordinate our decor, DJ and photographer? Yes — styling, entertainment and photography are coordinated through trusted suppliers on our single timeline, with prices stated upfront in your proposal.

What if it rains? Every package includes a covered fallback: grills and bars move under shelter, styling relocates indoors, and the timeline adjusts. The event happens regardless.

How do deposits and cancellation work? A 50% deposit confirms your date and locks the team. Cancellations 14+ days before receive a full refund, 7–13 days before receive a 50% refund, and under 7 days are non-refundable (see /cancellation policy).

Is this the same as the Complete Villa Experience? No — a villa event package covers one occasion (a day, or an event weekend). The Complete Villa Experience covers your whole stay: daily chef, staffing and concierge across a multi-day holiday.
