Chef Asep rose from the line at Le Méridien and The Dharmawangsa in Jakarta to Executive Chef of Prama Sanur Beach Resort, a five-star resort with four restaurants and a full banquet operation. On television, he handled food production for MasterChef Indonesia on RCTI.
At myCHEF Bali he oversees our six chef teams and sets the standards for preparation, taste and presentation on every service, so guests receive the same quality whichever chef cooks for them.
