Company or agency name, dates, headcount, villa area or listing, and which lines you need: team, chef, breakfast, provisioning, barista, transfers.

One itemised quote
Roles and days from published labour rates where they exist. Unpublished barista and provisioning labour is quoted, not invented.

Deposit, then one invoice
50% confirms the roster. Balance is due the day before the event.
Pricing methodology
Kitchen labour, when a full day of staff is required, uses the published full-day rate IDR 2,700,000++ per day (chef + assistant, about 10 guests). Weekly −10% (IDR 2,430,000++/day). Monthly −20% (IDR 2,160,000++/day). Groceries extra at cost.
That rate is a labour line on a company invoice. It is not sold here as a weekend holiday chef.
Waiters, butlers and hosts are quoted per booking. Cocktail packages use the published floor from IDR 500,000++ per guest (minimum 10), not hourly bartender-only hire.
Barista equipment and standalone provisioning labour are quoted on WhatsApp. Corporate catering and retreat meal programmes have their own pages and minimums.
Travel is included for Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Berawa and Pererenan. Bookings outside those areas include a travel fee, itemised in your quote before you confirm. Prices are ++ (11% tax + 10% service) unless a quote says otherwise.

- · Long-term live-in placement (/staffing) or one-off guest dinners (/private-chef-bali, /catering)
Travel is included for Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Berawa and Pererenan. Bookings outside those areas include a travel fee, itemised in your quote before you confirm. Deposit 50%, balance the day before the event. Full refund 7+ days before. Under 7 days: the 50% deposit is forfeited. Cancellation policy.
