Use this page when a company, travel agency or partner needs kitchen staff for several days of a programme — working lunches, dinners after sessions, breakfast credits — billed as labour plus groceries at cost.
Do not use this page to hire a private chef for a villa holiday. That demand stays on /private-chef-bali. One lunch, dinner or party with food included is /catering.
Published labour floor when a full day of staff is required: IDR 2,700,000++ per day (chef + assistant, about 10 guests). Weekly and monthly discounts apply to that full-day rate only.

We confirm the kitchen meets our standard and send a written grocery budget before deposit.

Deposit, then first service
50% confirms dates. Balance the day before the event.
Pricing methodology
Per day, ++ (11% government tax + 10% service charge). Groceries billed separately at cost with receipts — not included in the all-in service fee. Weekly −10% and monthly −20% on the full-day rate only.
Weekly (7+ days): IDR 2,430,000++/day. Monthly (28+ days): IDR 2,160,000++/day.
We do not sell a one-meal or two-meal labour SKU on this page. A single company lunch or dinner is catering, with food included.
IDR 2,700,000++ is IDR 3,267,000 all-in for the staff/service fee — 11% government tax and 10% service charge. Groceries are still extra at cost.

Travel is included for Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Berawa and Pererenan. Bookings outside those areas include a travel fee, itemised in your quote before you confirm. Deposit 50%, balance the day before the event. Full refund 7+ days before. Under 7 days: the 50% deposit is forfeited. Cancellation policy.
