Groceries are billed at cost, no markup. Standalone shopping-run labour is quoted; it is not a hidden percentage on the food bill.
This is not a grocery-delivery app and not a guest “arrive to snacks” holiday upsell written as consumer SEO.

Pricing methodology
Groceries are billed at cost, no markup. We do not add the 20–35% food markups common in concierge provisioning.
A standalone provisioning run carries a labour/logistics fee quoted for zone and list size. That fee is not published as a package price.
Bundled with a company chef programme: shopping labour is in the chef day rate. Pre-arrival stocking before day one can still be quoted as a run.

Travel is included for Canggu, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Berawa and Pererenan. Bookings outside those areas include a travel fee, itemised in your quote before you confirm. Deposit 50%, balance the day before the event. Full refund 7+ days before. Under 7 days: the 50% deposit is forfeited. Cancellation policy.
