Yes. We send a full menu proposal with exact pricing before you pay anything. No commitment required to review. Most quotes are sent within 2 hours.
Final headcount is due 48 hours before your event. We adjust portions and staffing. No penalty for small changes. Large increases may affect minimums.
We own the full stack — chefs, equipment, logistics, staff training. No middlemen. That is why we can quote fast, deliver consistently, and fix issues immediately. Most other caterers outsource at least one layer.
One-Time Catering is for a single event — a BBQ night, a birthday dinner, a wedding buffet. The chef arrives, cooks, serves, and leaves. Daily Chef Service is for ongoing stays — the same chef comes to your villa every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner throughout your holiday. Daily chef is billed hourly; one-time catering is billed per person.
